I just came back from store 9419 which I visit quite often. I wanted the mix or match offering. I wanted a Whopper with only CHEESE and a spicy chicken sandwich with nothing on it. Very simple order or you would think so. Well I was told the spicy chicken is not offered on the Mix or Match with the Whopper. Ok then give me the Whopper with only cheese and a plain Spicy Chicken with out the special offer. The order came out and guess what, both sandwiches were fully dressed. Yes I said dressed for that is what we call lettuces, tomato and what ever else comes on it, in New Orleans No one was behind me so I checked them before I left. I called the order taker and gave the sandwiches back to the window clerk. I finally got my CORRECT order and watched the wrong order being thrown in the garbage. Well there went some of the profit. NOW if I had been given the Spicy Chicken on the Mix or Match with the Whopper I would have just said what the heck and taken to toppings off when I got home but seeing I could not do the mix or match so I just became a horse’s butt and got the bottom line how ever small it is.
Oh, I did order 8 of the jalapeno poppers which I really like and that order was correct. How can you screw up putting 8 poppers in the box?
