  1. I visited Taco Cabana 20265 phone 214 623 0397. It was HORRIBLE. First off the radio was so loud that your people couldn’t hear me and I could not hear them. The bathroom didn’t have any towels. My order was wrong AND cold. Y’all need to get your act together, or you won’t be in business very long.

  2. went 7 19 2020 ordered ckn and beef fajitas tacos each taco had 2 pcs of meat only no longer than 3 inches GEEZ they going broke IM DONE with this store how cheap fo you to do that (other) went once ordered 4 margraitas with food to go he sd you cant only 2 per person yesterday vehicle in front had 8 yes eight margaritas only 2 pEople in car how does that work?   5. I went to the Denton 288 Loop location today, as I have many times with my son after church. The two managers are very friendly and one staff member, Fayth, always remembers our “standard” order.
    I called two weeks about a special deal we had purchased around your taco bowls a few weeks earlier. I asked if it was possible to get that order and deal, and one of the staff place the manager that night, Alba, came on the phone. She asked me what I wanted, thought about it a second, and said, “Come on up. We will have it ready.” I was so pleased that I ordered extra food.
    Today my son and I went there again. Fayth talked with my special needs son, and Alba saw me, remembered me and came over and talked with me.
    You really do not get this level of service from “fast food”. However it is not just the personal service that makes them unique, but great food! Doug Wakefield, Denton, Texas (Store is 2220 South Loop 288 in Denton).

  6. Not sure what has happened to this place. Leon Springs location used to be the best. The last month has been a disaster. Out of most things at salsa bar. Tables not wiped down, out of forks, and salsa cups had a few left in the holder. I was in line for 20 minutes before someone even came to the register. 3 different groups got out of line and walked out. This seems to be a manager/ and few employees problem. This has always been our go to place, 2/3 times per week. It won’t be for awhile. With three other places to eat right next door, we will start going elsewhere. May check in a month to see if you have fixed the broken issue here. Thanks

  7. I bought a margarita on Cyber Monday, 12/2/19. Even though I had your email saying margaritas will be $3.00 all day every Monday in December, I was charged $4.00.

  8. We went to your Leon springs place tonight and once again they were understaffed and out of guacamole of all things. No ice in ice machine or couldn’t make change . It was taking everyone at least 30 minutes to get their order and there was one poor waitress being cashier and making plates. Don’t understand how you could let things get so bad with no management and not enough staff. Will not be going back because this is like that almost every time we go. Don’t understand why you don’t get it. People would go there and want to support you. Too many other places around to eat and it’s insulting to be treated this way.   9. It really upsets me when there is an error at a restaurant and the restaurant doesn’t take ownership of the issue. A SIMPLE SORRY!!! Not even that!!!

    I went to store 20120, and ordered flautas and beef fajitas quesadillas. Unfortunately, there was a hair on my Quesadillas.

    I feel I made a mistake of asking for the manager, David. He came up with no smile, and I told him about the hair in my food. NO APOLOGY NO EYE TO EYE CONTACT NOTHING!!!’ I guess I should of not said anything. He just asked me “so you want a refund or to have it made again.

    The food was done again but very disappointed. HORRIBLE TRAINING in the part of Taco Cabana and horrible service.

  11. trying to enter a survey however the receipt i was given has only a bar code number. when i try to enter that number, all i get is a message telling me thank you for completing the survey. I never had the chance to fill in anything.

    1. Enjoy eating at Taco Cabana on Malone St in San Antonio. Isidra cashier and cook . She always greats us with a smile, she prepares our food so perfectly and always ask if we need anything else when she serves us. That is what brings us back. Thank you!
