Churches Chicken is enjoyable, tasty and well prepared.The staff is pleasant, respectful and mannerisms is good.Especially the chaguanas branch churches chicken.
Great chicken very bad service and supervisor Ana got into a shouting match with client (me) then she said to go ahead and do the survey that it did not matter because the client is never right according to her boss. Order was taken very well, server forgot about my ice tea. No sugar substitute available. No honey sauce either. Apparently they ran out. No receipt given. When asked supervisor in process of taking other order, I told her that was my receipt in the register but she trowed it away anyway. Them I waited more than 5 minutes for manager to come out of restroom, just to get in an argument with her. No client manager relationship here. She was clear that there was not need to listen to me. Then she said the dining was closed and we did not have to be here anyway. Date 6/18/22 at 1:26 pm check no 40049. Rest 201
