About Firehouse Subs
Firehouse Subs is a popular fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in serving hot and cold submarine sandwiches. The chain was founded in 1994 by brothers Chris and Robin Sorensen, who were firefighters in Jacksonville, Florida, and is now headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.
Firehouse Subs offers a variety of subs, including hot subs like the Hook and Ladder (smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack cheese) and the New York Steamer (corned beef brisket and pastrami, melted provolone, and spicy mustard). They also offer cold subs like the Italian (Genoa salami, pepperoni, Virginia honey ham, melted provolone, and Italian dressing) and the Turkey Bacon Ranch (smoked turkey breast, crispy bacon, melted Monterey Jack cheese, and ranch dressing).
In addition to subs, Firehouse Subs also serves salads, chili, and a variety of sides like chips, cookies, and brownies. They also have a unique feature where they offer customers the opportunity to round up their order total to the nearest dollar to support local first responders.
Firehouse Subs has grown to become a popular chain with over 1,000 locations in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. The chain has won numerous awards for its food, service, and commitment to community service.

I love my Firehouse sub in Avondale, AZ. The food is great and so are the employees. The only complaint I have is when you order online, the receipt you get literally has no useful info for the survey. Even if you pull up the receipt in the app, the info you need isn’t there, so you can’t do the survey. I’m not worried about winning the $500, I could have the only entry and still not win, but it would be nice to give Kudos to the store.
I went to the firehouse sub about a month ago for the first time, I actually walked passed it going to another store, as I was walking by the onion and pepper scent got up my nose, I was already hungry but I kept walking but I tell you I couldn’t stop thinking about it, so I went there and got a sub, IT WAS DELICIOUS !! I TOLD MY SISTERS & NIECE ABOUT IT.. NOW WE DRIVE AN HOUR & AN HALF JUST TO EAT THERE😋😋 LOVE IT
purchased a large sub and a chili for lunch at the Chatham store, when I got to work in Tilbury, the sub was great did not enjoy the chili, why? Because they gave me tomato soup by mistake, I put that is the survey you would think someone would get back to me just to correct the mixup on the chili but no word. Couldn’t call the number isn’t connected yet.
I am trying to find a number to call. Someone has to care about you company. I have always enjoyed your greenwood sc and west Columbia. Locations. But Orangeburg sc. Is very bad. I am in law enforcement. I was treated very poorly.
The worst Fire House Subs Location took 27 min in drive Thur to get one meal. At store in Palatka, fl
Well the thing is these subs are so good plus the employees have very good manners and they are not rude like the other subs stirs I’ve been to
So this is like my fav sub place
Someone needs to contact me for the experience I had tonight @ 7:48pm in Navarre, FL. the manager needs to be FIRED! She was treating the employees horrible by yelling and talking down to them in front of the guest as she ” trained” a new employee. They were so on edge our sandwiches were wrong, we drove back after approx 3 mins of leaving took bag inside and she called my man a liar saying she put items in the bag. He comes and gets me, where she continued to make comments and say she did it but we can do it again, I guess we put it in another bag….. I lost my cool and she had the nerve to tell me not to yell at her??? Like I told her, now you see what it is like to be yelled at. These are not your kids they are your employees. If that would have been my kid I would have went to jail. We wont go back.
Excellent customer service plus great food everyone is smiling and willing to help you a wonderful outing glad we picked firehouse
Ordered online and did not get a receipt with the validation code.
Baytown Texas firehouse, it’s 10:50 am the floors are filthy, we have been waiting 15 minutes and still no food, we are the first customers, first time and last time to ever visit this restaurant.
The survey just didn’t work for me I was not happy with the product I had in Clearwater the meat was dry on the Philly beef the service there was excellent the staff was very friendly but I don’t think I’ll be back too many other places to go
Same here, ordered 2 subs online and there was no validation code printed on the receipt Rip-off!
Today I bought a Hook and Salad, total 13.57, store 6752-03, but got no validation code printed on my receipt.
What now?
We ordered online but the receipt we got had no validation codes so can’t enter the sweepstakes. You shouldn’t print on the back of the order slip that you can enter & then not give you the information needed to do so. Just listed pickup time & the 2 sandwiches along with Credit Pre-Payment 6850 at the bottom! Disappointing!!!
