I got the WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE today at your location at 3501 W 86th St in Indianapolis,IN. I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder Meal LG size with a Coke and a Cinnamon Roll. At the second window, after I paid, they told me to pull forward to wait. After waiting for 20 minutes I went inside, explaining what had happened, and had to wait for another 10 minutes for them to prepare another meal for me, for they we’re going to give me my order that had sitting there away from the warmers for who knows how long. I don’t think I will EVER return to that location, for not one person I spoke with showed any remorse for making me wait for so long.
