  1. I had an excellent experience, this morning/afternoon in regards to my late breakfast. The food was good, the restaurant was clean, the ambience was amicable, climate perfect. The staff was cordial, and professional if you will. Especially my server Jessenia, she was friendly, well versed, and attentive, not only with me, but also with the other customers. As an educator, Jessenia definitely earned an A+ grade.

    The staff is unprofessional. They put each down in front of customers. The order was wrong. I don’t know why every time we order a HAMburger we get cheeseburger. We come here often. It’s only gotten worse over the years instead of better.

  3. This is for store 1491 me and my family have been eating at IHOP for a long time now in Jonesboro Arkansas. Over the pass few months we have watched the store change and grow. The store is now very clean and the staff is amazing. However there is one that really stood out the most. He came outside to greet us and held the door open for my family. My grandmother and my aunt both walk slower than most and use a cane. This gentleman walked with both my grandmother and aunt to our table and allowed them to use his arm for support. After we were seated he got us our drinks because our server was busy. He showed us true compassion and empathy. If only more people were like him in the world. His name is Jerry I’m not sure if he was the host or a server but IHOP did good hiring him. We will continue to dine at IHOP in Jonesboro Arkansas.

  4. I normally dont ever leave a comment on customer service & Im taking great pleasure in doing this one as Im still sitting in our booth as I type this! Our server Christie was phenomenal! Unusually busy Sunday morning & she worked under pressure with ease. She talked to her customers & remembered everyone’s order. I couldnt tell if she was stressing at all. She later told me her morning didnt start off great. I told her I commend her for being such a wonderful server!! Give this gal a raise!!!!!

    1. My family was there, Sunday, Dec 18th. Toni was the host and we could not get better service from her. The busses were great, cleaning tables in a timely manner. Our waiter was horrible. The gentleman that was seating people did not know what he was doing My husband had a hair on his plate which we were comped for. 5 tables were served before us. If it wasn’t for Toni stepping in and helping out, we would have left. This was in Schertz, texas

  5. Emily m. Was our server and she was amazing. My family of 8 came in and she was very patient with us. She helped up with the menu and we loved it. She gave us refills when needed. This business was missing Emily to prosper.
