    Have had good experience in the past at this location. this time not so much.
    Meatball sub. cold meatballs and cool sauce. I expected the bagged meatballs and canned sauce but not cold.
    please advise cook that toasting the bread does not heat entire sandwich.

  2. Absolutely loved the pizza! Excellent service, staff friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back. I filled out the survey, but forgot to write the code on the receipt. Is there a way I can retrieve the code or do I need to fill out the survey again?

  3. Ordered online at new store #3886. The food was good and liked it. However, even though I ordered an item deleted and it was noted on the receipt, the item was still on my pizza. Also during the height of Covid transmission, no employee in the entire store was wearing a mask. I will not be going back.

  4. I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 4:30 I ordered it at 3:00 it got there at 3:30 but half the family wasn’t there to eat it for another hour. The proper thing to do would have been to tell the delivery guy even though it was prepaid he’s got to take it back it’s wrong. The order was $50. I should have just ordered 20 bacon cheeseburgers from Burger King for $20. Five fries for $5 and gave the other $25 to a florist or the liquor store. LoL.

  5. My first experience was great food wise. The order taker didn’t have much knowledge of what came on the salad.
    Didn’t know the type of lettuce, if it had ham. I asked for croutons on the side. She said no…they come on the salad. Finally got it right, and my salad was AWESOME. One of the best l’ve ever had. So fresh and crisp. Will definitely be going back.πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½

  6. The worse thing about the Marcos experience is this dang survey. It asks the same questions repeatedly. I consider myself a good customer bit I am switching to Avelinos nd this survey site is ridiculous & very aggravating. I know I cannot be the only participant that feels this way. I know the survey site will be the only person who sees this but I will voice my opinion to Marcos. Why can you not fix this site.

  7. Love Marcos my locations are in Georgia
    I called for a pizza my 1ST location choice had no sausage
    Next location took the order I got to the location the young lady was on the phone
    For 5 minutes and finally asked who ever was on the other line what was there order
    Another 3 minutes went and finally acknowledged me and additional 2 minutes to get a pizza which was settling on the rack waiting warm pizza and unacceptable service

  8. Somethings wrong & fishy going on at Florence SC Marcos store #8152

    We have not been getting proper receipts. I will be happy to provide copy of receipt that we have received.

    Looks like they are cheating customers. Please look into that.

  9. We have been ordering from Marcos pizza for almost 4 years from Florence SC. Lately we are not getting proper receipt for our order. It does not even have survey code or any information regarding Marco s pizza store. It feels like we have been cheated every time we ordered. Somethings wrong with store number #8152 . Macros franchise should look into that. I am happy to provide the copy of the receipt that we have received. Because of above reasons , we don’t go as often anymore.

    1. I don’t have a code either from store #1073. I was very disappointed in the staff & the pizza. This is the second pizza in a row that was not worth getting. This time I stood at the counter while my pizza was sitting at the end of its run for over 5 min. While the girl was sitting cross legged up on the counter top. I finally had to tell her that my pizza was just sitting there getting cold. Then she quit playing on her phone and hopped down off the counter and boxed it up. Needless to say it was cold when I got home. (I live five minutes away!) That’s it…..I’m done!!

  10. I had a long day today. I decided to treat myself to a sandwich from Marco’s.
    Wish I hadn’t.
    I ordered a steak sandwich and said “pizza sauce and cheese only”
    Order taker says “do you want onions and pickles on that”
    No I said,again, just pizza sauce and cheese.
    Picked up the sandwich and didn’t check to see if it was correct. My mistake.
    Get home and find my poor sandwich not just has pickles and onions, it had almost as much of those as meat.
    Pulled them off but the sandwich still tasted like them, which is what I didn’t want in the first place.
    Should I ever go back again, I will check before I leave the store,
    Complete failure on this one, folks.

  11. I visited the Hamilton Mill (GA) location on 7/1/19. The service was great. The facility was clean, the staff was nice and efficient, and the food was done quickly. I will visit this location again.
