TellMrLube.com is the place to tell Mr. Lube what you think about your experience with them. If you liked your service experience, you can tell them why. If you had a bad experience, you can give them a piece of your mind and they will use that feedback to improve their service in the future.

If you’ve recently been to Mr. Lube for a service, at the bottom of your receipt you should have something that looks like this:

It will say something similar to this, talking about completing the survey to receive a chance to win free oil changes, 10 chances to win $1,000 daily and other prizes worth up to $1,500. What these prizes are, I’m not sure. But I do know this survey is super easy and quick so let’s not get caught up in the details and just join in!

How To Complete the TellMrLube.com Survey

Here’s how to enter and finish the Mr. Lube customer survey. It only takes a few minutes so no worries about time consuming surveys that we’ve seen before.

Step 1: 

Visit www.tellmrlube.com to begin the survey. Then click on your desired language, obviously I chose English for this example. It should look something like this:

Step 2:

After you select your language preference, you will be shown an area to enter the survey code printed at the bottom of your Mr. Lube receipt. 

It won’t let you continue if you do not enter the survey code, so be sure to have your receipt ready. After you’ve entered the code, click “Enter” to begin the survey.

Step 3:

After you’ve entered your survey code and hit enter, you will start the actual survey where you can rate your experience with a series of multiple choice questions. 

There’s also an area where you can enter your own comments, which is really helpful to tell them about a good experience you had with an employee, or maybe to complain about a bad experience you had.

Either way it’s best to be honest and tell them exactly what you think. It’s the best way to help them improve! There are multiple pages within the survey, I’m not going to show every one of them, it’s pretty self explanatory and easy to figure out.

Step 4:

When you’re finished with the survey, be sure to fill out your contact information so you can enter for your chance to win the prizes offered. If you don’t do this, you will not have a chance to win. This part is very important! So many people forget this step and I don’t want you to lose out on your chance.

At the very end after you submit your contact information, you will be directed to another page on their website. So don’t be alarmed if this happens, it’s totally normal. It did spook me a little at first, I thought maybe I did something wrong! 

How and when are the prizes awarded?

I wish I had a good answer for this question! I couldn’t find any specific information on the any contests or sweepstakes related to this survey, so I don’t have specifics. Please let me know in the comments below if you have that information.

    They’re absolutely cheaters.

    1. We were stopped into Mr Lube on Aug 23 in Calgary on our way to BC from NS.
      The store is located at 3315 32nd Ave NE. Although the guy who helped us was ok,(Randy) the music that was playing via a cell phone through the speakers was vulgar, rude and misogynistic . Completely unacceptable .
      I may never return to any Mr Lube if this is what’s happening.
      Time to do something about this Me Lube. Just terrible!!!!!
