I am writing to comment on your location in Mechanicsburg, PA. (I am a long, long time Pizza Hut fan). They opened up for in house dining approximately 2 months ago. I have been there 6 or 7 times since. Howver they do not have an operating soda dispensor and worse yet they have no ice available for the luke warm bottles of soda they are selling. They do not have salt available. I ordered breadsticks my first time back and when they came the sauce was ice cold. They told me the sauce was never served hot. However I know from years of buying breadsticks at that location and many. many other that simply is not true. so we never order breadsticks. I have heard others complaint on the same issue. Most importantly the location needs a thorough cleaning. there are water stains and mold on the walls and ceilings. I assume this is a franchisee location vs. a company owned location. I hope you take this as construction critism that is how I intend it. I assume you would want this location to represent your brand as best it could.
