  1. I am disappointed in the service and food we received this evening for our meal. We ordered our meals at 5:28 pm, pulled forward and received our drinks when we paid our bill. We then sat for 17 minutes while we waited for our food. We ordered two Dave’s Double large meal combos, plus a 6-piece nuggets (given one dipping sauce) and an additional large fry. We drove 5 minutes home, just over a mile, and when we took the food from the bags, it was cold. Everything! Not one item we ordered was still hot. To add insult to injury, our 3 large fries were just over half full each. One could see only a few fries over the outer edge of any of the containers. The containers were not bulging as if settling had taken place, just as they come before one fills them with your hot fries.
    We microwaved our meal and processed how we felt.
    I am not looking forward to returning to Store 3236 in Whitehall, Ohio any time soon. While we were waiting, I could see 4 employees inside the pick-up window walking around and one was on her phone. Why not, nothing else to do? I am not sure why our service took so long for our, not hot, food.
