About KFC

KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is a global fast-food chain that specializes in fried chicken. The company was founded in 1930 by Harland Sanders, who developed a secret recipe of 11 herbs and spices that is still used today.

KFC’s menu consists of various chicken dishes such as fried chicken, grilled chicken, chicken sandwiches, chicken strips, and popcorn chicken, as well as sides like coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. They also offer desserts, soft drinks, and other beverages.

KFC has a presence in over 140 countries and territories worldwide and has over 24,000 locations globally. The company is owned by Yum! Brands, which also owns other well-known fast-food chains like Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

KFC has faced criticism in the past for their food’s high calorie and fat content, as well as allegations of animal cruelty in their sourcing of chicken. In recent years, the company has made efforts to improve the quality of their ingredients and to offer healthier options on their menu.
