  1. The Corpus Christi store lacks clothing options for plus size women that are fashionable. I may be a grandmother, but I don’t want to dress in sloppy shirts and blue jeans all the time! Other Kohl’s are better stocked.
    There are no salespeople available to help. The people manning the checkout counters were very friendly!

    Customer service at checkout line was unacceptable when I don’t I wanted to purchase a smart clearance the associate that was checking me out question the woman behind her the woman that was also a checker associate her comment that she could not do that whatever that meant I ended up not getting the item because according to her was priced wrong I picked up the item to purchase for my granddaughter‘s birthday as a piece of jewelry clearance from $26 to approximate $5who is she to say My thoughts on this was The item should’ve insult to me as it was priced and marked

    KENDRA in jewelry-watches was outstandingly helpful and friendly. I’ve been looking for many months for a wristwatch to suit my needs. No luck AT All until Kendra took the time and had the patience to help me find what i want. I bought a very nice ladies’ Timex and it is exactly what i want. Kendra helped me apply discounts i had gotten when I returned an amazon purchase at Kohl’s so that i got a big discount. yay for Kendra!

    I love Kohl’s store. It’s always clean and the associates are very helpful.

    I was at my Kohl’s in Menomonee Falls, Wi. I’m your normal man that goes shopping and forgets everything. Forgot credit card, 30% off coupon. The beautiful lady(Naomi) helped me get everything taken care of without leaving empty handed. I got what I needed and didn’t have to make another trip. Thank you NAOMI!

  18. Today I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Pamela, at the Merchant’s Walk store in Marietta, Ga. She was delightful. She told me to look at my emails for a 40 percent off coupon, and then let me know I had $10 in Kohl’s cash available if I wanted to use it. She’s a gem!

  19. Yesterday I was at the Woodstock, Georgia store. First, Ethan checked all my items to go back to Amazon quickly and efficiently. Then, he was up front checking customers out. and he brought it to my attention that the socks I was buying for my husband were Buy 1 get 1, 1/2 off so I could go back and get another package. He also gave me a $5.00 off coupon when I sent back the Amazon packages that I used on the socks. He was pleasant and made the dreaded pre-Christmas rush to the store a good experience.

  21. I just found out that Kohl’s changed their return policy. I always took advantage of the sales after Christmas. Today I discovered I bought the wrong size of men’s jackets. I tried to return them and was told it was beyond 180 days so I could not return them. It used to be you could return anytime. Now I am not a happy camper because I am stuck with 3 jackets I cannot use. I will definitely not take advantage of the after Christmas sales any more. I always shopped Kohls because of their return policy.

    The cashier Alyssa was very efficient, pleasant and calm. She is a joy and I commented on her previously. I hope this goes to the right place, the website sort of directed me here and I filled out that LONG survey just to have an opportunity to say how much I enjoy Alyssa.
