  1. The young man that helped me today his name is Emmanuel he had told me he had only been working for lowes a few weeks. It was at store# 2609 in newport tn. Everytime I had a question there he was I was all over the store and he seemed to be there he even helped me with the cement that I needed and put it in my truck for me, if he didn’t know the answer to my question he found out, your company needs more associates just like that… thank you Emmanuel 😊

    We went in for father day sale and endmund in tools help us out we left with more then we planed lol
    He know what he talking about and very nice

    I went to talk to a manager about him and adrienne I think she a front end manager is such a sweetheart and told me this is the best way to get him a pat on the back and she deserves on also thank you 😊

  4. My sister and I went Lowes in Goldsboro, North Carolina to purchase a storm door. Carl Richardson, sale person, was so helpful and pleasant. Mr. Richardson informed us about special offers at Lowe. He was an excellent representative of Lowe. What a pleasure to do business with an excellent employee. By the I purchased the storm door.   5. I want to commend the fast and courteous service I always receive from Girish (spelling?) at terminal 7 in Raleigh’s Lowe’s garden shop on Grove Barton Rd. Even if there are 2 lines and his is longer, I’ll wait in his line for the pleasure of being served by Girish.

  6. Last Saturday 3 great gals helped me. The survey only allowed a 7 maximum. I heard the employees don’t get credit if under 9 or 10. I gladly would have rated them that well. Cassie, Deb and Elizabeth gave top assistance!!

  7. Had a great experience because of assistance from employee Ryan Liggitt at the Fayettevile store who assisted
    me by going with me from his section in Hardware all the way to Garden to help me find hardware cloth, loaded a substanial quantity,then followeed me to check out then to parking lot pushing the heavy cart, then loading the merchandise into my vehicle. I am elderly, walking with a cane, and it was a tremendous help. Hugh Kincaid

  8. Both Pam and Michael C. should be complemented on there service in Appliances at the Kingston store. Both Pam and Micheal C. went above and beyond my experience at Lowe’s quick and easy. This is my second time shopping for an appliance at Lowe’s. Excellent service and great products.

  10. Went to Lowe’s in Dublin Ohio store #0755 in search of a electric pressure washer. I Talked to an Lowe’s associate over the department where the pressure washers were located by the name of Judy Long. Of all of the Lowe’s associates I have talked to over the years, Judy was by far the most knowledgeable. It is so disappointing when you ask for help in regard to an item you are interested in purchasing and it ends up that they new very very little to nothing, that what I ran into in the Hilliard, Ohio store. Thanks Judy for your help.

  11. i placed an order to be delivered to a job sit received a phone call the day before to confirm
    between 9 am and 1 pm .
    but got a call at 12.45 telling me that they are rescheduling my order for tomorrow.
    i had paid my guys to be at the job sit to receive the delivery. paid them for nothing
    but the guys in the store are wonderful from pro Desk in your PARAMUS store #2431
    Mr. KEVIN and Mr. PAT from pro desk took care of my order they are great so happy to deal with them.

  12. Visited Lowe’s Orange City Fl. Had a wonderful cashier (Janice). Have tried to leave a survey on several different sites including Lowes.com/survey. Approx 20 different survey’s pop up. Didn’t know I had to subject myself to computer theft or virus
    Also didn’t realize when I wanted to reward an excellent employee it would take an act of congress. As usual Lowe’s didn’t live up to expectations.
    If you want to reward your employees please get a site that the customers can get into without having a Computer Science degree. Please don’t read this and laugh saying this person certainly doesn’t know computers I have several Major degrees.

    1. Joan, I agree with you 100%. I live in a small rural area north of Sacramento, CA and I simply wanted to recognize an employee who was helpful and it was such a daunting problem I just gave up.

  13. Went to my neighborhood store # 1909 a nice young lady helped me locate the Rejuvenate floor products; sadly I didn’t get her name, but I did get the name of the person who checked me out, Percy very professional and friendly . I always find what I need at my store and I enjoy shopping here.

  14. 11.30 shopped store #759 had good and bad shopping experience. I had to visit the store three times to get help buying a Weber Barbecue. On the third visit salesperson Tenesha and her manager, Brian were extremely helpful and professional. After purchasing noticed I did not receive a Military discount on the entire purchase just on a couple small items. I plan on visiting customer service when time avails.

I went to the Lowe’s store in Malden Mass and one of the employees approached me her name was Alex, and I have to say she was fantastic, extremely helpful, and I watched as soon as she finished helping me she searched out another Patron and started helping them oh, you usually don’t get that type of satisfaction from the big stores

  18. Randall Davis was very helpful in finding the items that I could not find but knew was in the store. told me if I could not find it to come back to him and he would find it. Very polite and pleasant gentleman. Kellie waas helpful at the self service check out when it kicked me out of the finish and pay. It was nice to have a person there to help and take away the stress,

  20. i was in your store (1642) to purchase a pergola. A find young man helped me with the purchase. His name was Matt Vinsman. I have some back problems, and he saw me with a crane came to help me. You should be proud of this young man. I give him out of 0 – 10 with 10 super good. You could see he care for the customers. I am 72 yrs old and it is good to see young people have brought up with values. Thank you.

  21. Nicole is such a hard worker she answers the phone very professionally and gets the order out quick. I order a lot in curbside just about every week. She always greets me at my car and tells me to please come back and visit

  22. Never anymore than 2 cash registers open. No matter how many people are in the store. Lanes are constantly closed due to forklifts. Poor help!

    1. Great service at store 2894 had a problem with the new stove and I couldn’t ask for better service from Harmony and Cassidy . Date of service was evening of April 15

  23. I had bad service at the Fayetteville ha store on Glynn. I waited on a order all day. When I called put on eternal hold. I will never buy from you again. I will get a credit for my purchase

  24. Hi, would like to complete a survey but was unable to spend money because the store manager could not find someone to help me. How do I let Lowes know of the problems I had?

  25. My thoughts are these I’ve been working with the East side Lowe’s in Evansville Indiana from the day they opened. Mainly with the people in commercial sales, but through out the store have been there for me and those that have worked for me and with me, I have 42 plus years in home construction and consider a lot of these people friends. Brenda Sara Mark ,Steve, Taresa Indi Terry Nate, Pat ,Arron and Dusty . These are a few of the friends I work with at Lowe’s and I deserve recognition for their outstanding service to those of us who make a living at this type of work, for me it’s been a passion and they’ve been been there to help , I say thank you from the heart
