I went Smoothie King in Euless Texas (2150 Hwy. 121. I ordered a Hulk smoothie. It was hot & didn’t have no ice in it, it was not mixed. If you looked at the bottom you can see the powder was still at the bottom. It was horrible the worst smoothie from Smoothie King I have ever had. If I wasn’t on my way back home I would have returned it. I threw the whole thing away

Horrible, Horrible is all I can say. They charging $10.00 for a 32 oz. chocolate hulk and they don’t know how to make it. They remade it three times and all I get is water. End up having to get a refund. Horrible!!!

I went to the Smoothie king and got me a Hulk today and went inside to look at the menu. The hulk is what i always get. I always paid the $5.00 and tax. Now you going to say its a meal replacement and charge 6.00. what kind of crap is that. Half the menu is MR or skinny except the vegan crap. Then they going to tell you. you still get the discount but its a meal replacement. That’s a load of crap. So what it’s cutting into your profit so you going to make up thing like meal replacement and skinny. Come on now it’s never been called a meal replacement and it shouldn’t be call that now.

Tried to use email QR code to get free enhancer for the 4th and was charged for it. Staff did not know how to use it and I offered to let them scan it again. They said no just let me scan your app and closed out the transaction without taking care of the issue. They then proceeded to tell me that the $2 reward I recieved for the points from today’s purchase is for the free enhancer. Which was not true as I was due rewards from the points. The associate making the drink just looked at the cashier in bewilderment as this didn’t make sense to either of us.
