I had the worst experience at your 3870 Lee rd store the manager Jon Ibrahim was rude after my order was wrong and he took my order and it’s on my receipt and wanted me to come inside to get my food instead of him just correcting my order he offered me a refund I eat charleys once a week and now I will never eat there again at any store this the third time I went to this location since it’s grand opening and everytime they get my order wrong that’s why I checked my order at the window. That guy must of had a bad day however you should always be kind to people regardless of personal issues as a manager you have to have customer service skills in that position all I asked was for my sandwich corrected I wasn’t rude in any way and I told him I wish he has a better day Bcus you can tell he wasn’t having a good day. Even his employee apologized and said he treats them that way as well.

  2. Slowest service I’ve ever had anywhere. Waited of 30 minutes for one sandwich and a small fry. The place was empty. I’ll never go back

    I went to the Charley’s in Louisville Ky Jefferson Mall location and they gave me a receipt that tells me to to tell Charlie’s what I think and I will get a code for a free drink and fries when I order any sub well the page to do the rate and tell charlies what I think does not work so guess the Coupon is a bust.

  4. I went to the Great Lakes store and the young man with dreads in the white shirt on register told me they were only taking cash , but my friend had just order with a card not even 10 mins before me . I was very disappointed but i will not be return to this location.

  5. This store constantly changes people and they don’t train right. one day they will do coupons and the next they will come up with an excuse why they can’t. Also they seem to be more interested in their talk or whatever they are playing around doing than wanting to get orders right or done in a timely manner. The only reason I continue to come to this location is because the food at least taste decent and there is not much eles of a choice.

  6. Waited too long for order to be complete with no one in line ahead of us. Waited over 10 minutes. No trays to put our food. Room temperature was cold – only 64 degrees, per the thermostat in the room. No lids for our drinks. Tables not cleaned. Very disappointing.

  7. Good service sandwich was not same as we usually get bread was hard on ends just not same great taste maybe us sometimes your taste not same
